Second, rapid decompression device (optional)
To meet the requirements of fast buck. An independent rapid pressure reducing box is processed. The rapid pressure reducing box is composed of a shell component, a pressure-bearing component, a gate component, an interface, and a moving frame. Before the rapid pressure reduction, the user needs to connect external pipes.
1. Workshop size: 400mm deep x 500mm wide x 600mm long; the inner wall material is processed by 3.0 SUS304 / 2B, and a 5mm square tube is used as the pressure-reinforcing rib;
2. Outer dimensions: 530mm deep × 700mm wide × 880mm long, 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate is used for the outer wall material, and the surface is painted white (the same color as the box)
3. The top of the box is reserved for connecting the pressure sensor interface, and the control sensor interface is located on the rear side of the box, which is convenient for the quick-decompression device to go out.
4. Quickly lower the pressure device for easy movement. Four Qidong lifting casters are installed below the frame; the moving frame is welded from ordinary steel, and the surface is plastic-sprayed;
5. Quick depressurization process: first reduce the fast depressurization tank to 75.2kPa by the vacuum pump of the test equipment. In order to increase the pumping speed of the fast depressurization device by the test chamber, first draw the test box to about 1kPa and start the connection test The box valve and the electric valve of the fast pressure reducing device realize the fast pressure reducing function. When the valve reaches 18.8kPa, the valve is closed. The auxiliary pump (intake valve) can be used to achieve constant pressure in the fast pressure reducing tank.
