Su Shi Testing Group (stock code: 300416) is a leading domestic and internationally renowned provider of environmental and reliability testing equipment and testing services and solutions. It is one of the leaders in the field of environmental and reliability testing in China. The predecessor of the group was Suzhou Testing Instrument General Factory. It was founded in 1956. In 2008, it introduced strategic investors and established Suzhou SuShi Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. In 2011, it was changed to Suzhou SuShi Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. On January 22, 2015, Suzhou SuShi Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. was listed on the GEM of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and became the first listed company in this field. On August 25, 2017, Suzhou SuShi Test Group was formally established, and Suzhou SuSushi Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. was renamed to Suzhou SuShi Testing Group Co., Ltd.
The Group's main products include mechanical environment testing equipment and climatic environment testing equipment. It belongs to the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in the field of testing machines and opto-mechatronics. It is used to simulate vibration, shock, drop, temperature, humidity and other mechanical, climatic and comprehensive environments. Conditions to assess the quality and reliability of industrial products, products are currently widely used in aerospace, shipbuilding, communications, electronics, automotive, rail transit and other fields.
Based on the test equipment manufacturing, the Group is actively transforming its manufacturing service industry. Since 2006, the Group has gradually built environmental and reliability laboratories in Suzhou, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu, Xi'an and Wuhan to provide users with Environmental and reliability testing services. Since the laboratory was in operation, a large number of environmental and reliability tests have been carried out for aerospace, communications, automotive, rail, electronics, home appliances and other products. In October 2019, it successfully acquired Yite (Shanghai) Testing Technology Co., Ltd., and entered the field of integrated circuit testing to provide customers with integrated circuit supply chain verification and analysis solutions, from integrated circuit component level, product component level to system level. The industry's reliability testing, verification and analysis capabilities have become one of the industry leaders.
