In 1956, Suzhou Testing Instrument Factory was established.
In 1962, the first electric vibration system was produced, and the vibration product was established as the main business of the factory.
In 1978, the 2ton electric vibration system won the National Science Conference Award.
In 1985, the design and manufacturing technology of electric vibration system of Japan IMV Company was introduced. The vibration product was sold back to Japan in the same year, which opened the way of introduction, absorption, digestion and innovation.

In 1993, it was awarded the title of the first batch of high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province.
In 1998, in order to adapt to the development of the market economy, it became the first batch of restructuring enterprises in Suzhou.

In 2003, Sushi participated in the collaborative supporting work for the development, construction and testing of the Chinese Shenzhou Aerospace “Shenzhou V” project, and was awarded the National Manned Space Engineering Office.
In 2005, Sushi participated in the collaborative supporting work for the research, construction and testing of the Chinese Shenzhou Aerospace “Shenzhou VI” project, and won the awards from relevant state departments.
In 2006, the first 20ton electric vibration test system in China was successfully developed by Sushi.
In 2007, Sushi was awarded the title of Quality Integrity Enterprise of Jiangsu Province. “Sushi” brand products were rated as Jiangsu Province Quality Credit Products.
In 2008, Suzhou Sushi Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 42 million yuan. Suzhou Testing Instrument Factory is the controlling shareholder.

In 2009, the company became the secretariat unit of the National Testing Machine Standardization Technical Committee Vibration Test Equipment Subcommittee (SAC/TC122/SC2).
The Suzhou test laboratory was established.

The “Sushi” brand vibration test equipment was awarded the title of Jiangsu Famous Brand Product.
In 2010, it obtained the National Torch Program project certificate from the Ministry of Science and Technology.

In 2011, Suzhou Sushi Testing Instrument Co., Ltd. was established.
The “Sushi” trademark was awarded the famous trademark of Jiangsu Province.
Own subsidiary Yangzhou Yingmaike Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd.,.the Sushi test Beijing laboratory, and the Suzhou test laboratory were established.
In 2012, the Sushi Chongqing Laboratory and the Sushi Shanghai Laboratory were established.

In 2013, it was responsible for the development of major national scientific instruments.
The Nanjing Laboratory of the Sushi was established.
In 2014, the electric high-acceleration life test and stress screening system were introduced.

In 2015, the company successfully listed on the GEM of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code: 300416. The Suzhou test laboratory Chengdu Laboratory, the Sushi test Hunan laboratory, and the Suzhou test laboratory Qingdao Laboratory were established.
In 2016, the Suzhou test guangdong laboratory and the Suzhou test laboratory Xi'an Laboratory were established.
In 2017, Suzhou Sushi testing Group was established.
It was awarded the National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise, Jiangsu Province Machinery Industry Outstanding Brand Award, Jiangsu Province Service-oriented Manufacturing Demonstration Enterprise, and Suzhou City Quality Award.

In June 2018, the issuance of non-public stocks was completed, and the registered capital of the company increased to 135.58 million yuan.
“Development and Industrialization of THV Series Intelligent Integrated Environmental Stress Screening Test System” won the special fund project of provincial scientific and technological achievements transformation in 2018.
In 2019, the Fangzhou Road Base of Suzhou Industrial Park started construction.
In July 2019, Chongqing Si Da was acquired by Sushi.
In October 2019, Sushi acquired Yi Te (Shanghai) Testing Technology Co., Ltd.
