The laboratory is equipped with advanced testing equipment, including temperature/humidity environmental test chambers, three-comprehensive vibration environmental test systems, sand/dust and rain test chambers, light aging test chambers, bearing fatigue test systems, a 500T bearing system, MTS fatigue test systems, and over 2000 channels of strain acquisition systems. Our testing capabilities cover environmental adaptability, reliability assessment, static load fatigue, and life assessment, providing one-stop technical services for products like bearings/graphite seals, control systems, alarm systems, launching systems, and packaging boxes.
With the localization of components like bearings, research on the performance reliability of domestic products has become a focus in the industry. The study of fatigue life and fatigue limit of bearings and graphite seals is a technical prerequisite for their application. By benchmarking against foreign products, the laboratory conducts research on the load-rotation fatigue life assessment of domestic bearing products to verify their operational reliability under actual working conditions and ensure their performance meets standard requirements.
