Its performance directly affects the vehicle's power output, energy efficiency, and operational efficiency. The control system manages the entire electrical system, including the battery, and has a decisive impact on the vehicle's stability and responsiveness.
The laboratory focuses on performance, environmental reliability, EMC, and system-level integration testing for electric drive systems and their components. We are equipped with various test benches, including high-speed single-motor, dual-motor assembly, triple-motor reducer, NVH three-axis loaded, and EMC dual-axis loaded test benches. Leveraging our strong equipment manufacturing and software development capabilities, we can independently build motor test benches and integrate various testing software and hardware.
Environmental Tests: Vibration, shock, damp heat, high/low temperature, waterproof, dustproof, low air pressure, salt spray, gravel impact, thermal shock, ice water shock, high-temperature durability, high-temperature/high-humidity durability, etc.
