The new energy electric drive system, one of the core technologies of NEVs, integrates key components like the motor, controller, and reducer, responsible for converting electrical energy into mechanical energy to propel the vehicle. Its performance directly affects the vehicle's power output, energy efficiency, and operational efficiency. The control system manages the entire electrical system, including the battery, and has a decisive impact on the vehicle's stability and responsiveness. 

The laboratory focuses on performance, environmental reliability, EMC, and system-level integration testing for electric drive systems and their components. We are equipped with various test benches, including high-speed single-motor, dual-motor assembly, triple-motor reducer, NVH three-axis loaded, and EMC dual-axis loaded test benches. Leveraging our strong equipment manufacturing and software development capabilities, we can independently build motor test benches and integrate various testing software and hardware.

Test Items

Environmental Tests: Vibration, shock, damp heat, high/low temperature, waterproof, dustproof, low air pressure, salt spray, gravel impact, thermal shock, ice water shock, high-temperature durability, high-temperature/high-humidity durability, etc.

Motor Performance Tests: Operating voltage range, torque-speed characteristics and efficiency, continuous torque, continuous power, peak torque, peak power, locked-rotor torque, maximum operating speed, high-efficiency operating range, maximum efficiency, control precision, response time, regenerative feedback characteristics, etc.

Safety Performance Tests: Safety grounding check, drive motor controller protection functions, drive motor controller support capacitor discharge time, etc.

Electrical Performance Tests: Liquid cooling system sealing performance, cold-state DC resistance measurement, insulation resistance measurement, dielectric strength test, speed characteristics, efficiency, motor controller operating current test, BMS controller accuracy test, etc.

EMC Tests: Transient conducted emissions, conducted emissions, near-field magnetic field emissions, far-field magnetic field emissions, transient conducted immunity, transient coupled immunity, magnetic field immunity, radiated immunity, etc.
