Control/Alarm Systems
The laboratory is equipped with advanced testing equipment, including temperature/humidity environmental test chambers, three-comprehensive vibration environmental test systems, sand/dust and rain test chambers, light aging test chambers, bearing fatigue test systems, a 500T bearing system, MTS fatigue test systems, and over 2000 channels of strain acquisition systems. Our testing capabilities cover environmental adaptability, reliability assessment, static load fatigue, and life assessment, providing one-stop technical services for products like bearings/graphite seals, control systems, alarm systems, launching systems, and packaging boxes.
As important control and alarm systems on ships, their reliability is particularly crucial. The laboratory can provide services such as board-level and component-level reliability screening, vibration, shock, tilt and swing, salt spray, fungus, and light aging tests to stimulate product failures and ensure their performance reliability under harsh conditions.
Environmental Tests: High/low temperature, temperature cycling, alternating damp heat, vibration, shock, tilt and swing, fungus, salt spray, acid atmosphere, sand/dust and rain, etc.
