Service Background

The energy storage inverter, also known as a Power Conversion System (PCS), is a core device in an energy storage system, responsible for bidirectional energy conversion (DC to AC and vice versa) and system control. With the rapid growth of the global energy storage market, the PCS industry is also experiencing rapid growth and technological innovation. Performance verification of the inverter's on/off-grid switching, charge/discharge efficiency, and environmental adaptability is urgently needed to support further product iteration and performance optimization.

Capability Introduction

The PCS plays a vital role in energy storage systems by enabling AC/DC conversion. It controls the charging or discharging of the battery according to the sign and magnitude of power commands. Its main components include a DC/AC bidirectional converter and a control unit, which can precisely and rapidly regulate output voltage, frequency, active power, and reactive power.

The laboratory is equipped with vibration test systems of various tonnage levels, salt spray chambers, and high/low temperature test chambers, enabling comprehensive performance testing for PCS to verify its operational reliability under extreme conditions and ensure its on/off-grid performance meets standard requirements.
