Pressure Sensor
Quartz Dynamic Pressure Sensor:
Application: Used for measuring combustion engine pressure, shock wave/explosion pressure, and dynamic pressure under extreme conditions.
Features: Based on the piezoelectric principle of quartz, providing microsecond-level fast response, detecting small pressure changes under high static pressure, wide operating temperature range, and robust solid construction.
Silicon Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor:
Application: Primarily used for static and low-frequency dynamic pressure measurements in medium and low ranges (1 kPa ~ 100 MPa).
Features: Based on the piezoresistive effect, manufactured using semiconductor planar processing and micromachining technology, with vacuum oil-filled isolation to separate the sensing element from the test medium. Offers high accuracy and can withstand harsh testing environments.
