Impact Hammer Calibration System
Composed of a reference impact accelerometer, pendulum, pendulum clamping and release mechanism, standard mass block, mass suspension system, dynamic data acquisition unit, and testing software. By colliding the pendulum with the standard mass block, it measures the outputs of the reference accelerometer and force sensor to convert acceleration into force, enabling the calibration of dynamic force sensor sensitivity, linearity, and other parameters. Adjusting the pendulum drop height allows calibration across different ranges and linearity tests.
