Charge-Discharge Testing

Charge-discharge testing is the most direct method to judge battery performance. Its test results determine whether a battery can be used, needs improvement, or in which field it can be applied. Charge-discharge tests are also conducted to check battery capacity and verify performance indicators such as capacity, efficiency, and safety. Through charge-discharge cycle testing, the changes in lithium battery charge-discharge capacity, coulombic efficiency, etc., with charge-discharge cycles can be directly observed. After data analysis, the cycle performance of the lithium battery can be analyzed and judged.

Initial charge-discharge test, cycle charge-discharge test, rate charge-discharge test, high and low-temperature charge-discharge test, constant current and constant voltage charge-discharge test, fast charge-discharge test, deep discharge test, partial charge-discharge test, test charge-discharge program, 25°C initial charge-discharge performance test.

Test Indicator Capabilities

The laboratory is equipped with various specifications of temperature and humidity test chambers and multiple sets of charge-discharge equipment to meet the charge-discharge testing needs of various battery products.

1) Battery charge-discharge, 25°C initial charge-discharge performance test, rate charge-discharge performance test, test charge-discharge program, battery system charge-discharge temperature control, initial charge-discharge energy test

 Voltage: -10V to 2,000V, Charge/Discharge: 0A to 4,000A; Voltage: 0V-2,000V, Discharge: 0A-3,000A.

2) High and low-temperature charge-discharge performance test, 45°C initial charge-discharge performance test, 5°C initial charge-discharge performance test

 Voltage Range: -10 to 2,000V;

 Discharge Current: 0 to 4,000A;

 Charge Current: 0 to 4,000A;

 Volume: 806m³, 26m*5m*6.2m (D*W*H), Temperature: -60°C to 80°C;

 Volume: 24m³, 3.3m*3.3m*2.2m (D*W*H), Temperature: -70°C to 200°C;

 Temperature Change Rate: ≤5°C/min;

 Humidity Range: 20%RH to 98%RH.

3) High-altitude initial charge-discharge performance test

 Temperature Range: -60°C to 100°C;

 Pressure Range: Normal pressure to 0.5kPa.
