Electrical Performance Testing
Through electrical performance testing, important parameters of a battery such as capacity, internal resistance, voltage characteristics, rate characteristics, temperature characteristics, cycle life, and energy density are understood. These parameters are needed to demonstrate whether the tested battery has met its original design goals and are also used for better management and control during battery use. Starting from application requirements, the characteristics that the battery should meet are derived, and tests are conducted to verify if the tested battery is qualified. We also provide charge-discharge test services for performance verification of energy storage products such as inverters, battery modules/clusters, and energy storage containers under extreme temperature conditions.
The laboratory is equipped with various specifications of charge-discharge systems and temperature chambers, which can meet various charge-discharge tests, storage performance tests, and life tests, including initial charge-discharge tests, cycle charge-discharge tests, rate charge-discharge tests, high and low-temperature charge-discharge tests, constant current and constant voltage charge-discharge tests, fast charge-discharge tests, deep discharge tests, partial charge-discharge tests, test charge-discharge programs, and 25°C initial charge-discharge performance tests, as well as charge-discharge performance tests for battery clusters, PCS, and energy storage container level products under high-low temperature and damp heat conditions.
