Static and Fatigue Performance Testing
Static and fatigue performance tests can determine the stress distribution and deformation pattern of a structure under a certain static or fatigue load; determine the stiffness and stability of the structure; determine the maximum load-bearing capacity, i.e., strength; evaluate the reasonableness of the structure to withstand static loads from a force-bearing perspective; and verify the reliability of theoretical analysis and calculation methods.
Static load test, compressive static load test, pull-out static load test, horizontal static load test, static strength, static stiffness, high-load fatigue test, structural fatigue test, fatigue crack propagation test/residual life test, conventional fatigue life test, etc.
The laboratory has a workshop area of 3374m², a 1000m² load-bearing floor grid, a 6-meter load-bearing wall, a 600 L/min 28 MPa hydraulic pump station, a 64-channel MTS all-digital coordinated loading system, and a static data acquisition system with over a thousand channels. It can conduct static and fatigue performance tests for products in automotive, construction, rail transit, aerospace, and marine industries.
