Abuse conditions are executed according to national standards such as GBT 31485-2015 Safety Requirements and Test Methods for Traction Battery of Electric Vehicle, GB 38031-2020 Electric Vehicles Traction Battery Safety Requirements, and GB/T 36280-2023 Lead Carbon Battery for Electrical Energy Storage, and include over-discharge, over-charge, external short circuit, crush, drop, etc. Failure reactions include leakage, fire, and explosion.

The laboratory is equipped with various specifications of equipment, including collision equipment with a maximum load of 10,000 kg and temperature chambers with a maximum volume of 806m³. We have professional test engineers who can conduct assessments by collecting sample test data, analyzing similar products, etc. They are proficient in using professional software for data analysis, capable of designing assessment plans, and can provide targeted improvement suggestions based on the assessment results.
