Three-Combined Reliability Testing
Three-combined reliability testing is a comprehensive environmental reliability test. It involves simultaneously applying three environmental stresses - temperature, humidity, and vibration - to a test sample to simulate the combined environmental factors a product might encounter in actual use. This type of testing can effectively expose potential defects in the product under combined environmental conditions, providing a more realistic assessment of its reliability.
The laboratory is equipped with various specifications of freely combinable three-in-one environmental test systems, with the largest being a 25m³ system equipped with a 40t (392 kN) vibration shaker, with internal dimensions of 3300mm × 3300mm × 2200mm. For clients requiring even larger test equipment, the company has the capability to temporarily assemble systems, expandable up to a 40m³ system with a 60t (588 kN) shaker. We are also equipped with high-power adjustable AC/DC power supplies and high-power resistive-inductive loads to meet the needs of applying electrical stress and operating under load during testing.
