Vibration Testing

The laboratory is equipped with electrodynamic vibration test systems with a maximum force of 1,176 kN and hydraulic vibration test systems of 10t, 30t, and 50t. The electrodynamic systems have a wide frequency range, effectively simulating high-frequency vibrations, with some high-frequency systems reaching up to 6,000 Hz. The hydraulic systems have a narrower frequency range but can generate large displacements at low frequencies with strong load capacity, suitable for simulating earthquakes and low-frequency vibrations of large machinery. We can perform sine vibration (sweep, fixed frequency, resonance search), random vibration, combined vibration (sine-on-random, random-on-random), and road spectrum simulation.
