Auxiliary Device
Whether an extended table requires additional support and guidance depends on the specimen weight and offset loads. SST provides various sizes of airbag supports and multiple types of guiding devices. Adding auxiliary support and guidance significantly enhances load capacity and improves resistance to off-center forces.
For facilities without lifting equipment, SST offers a dedicated auxiliary table lifting device to simplify installation. The device allows the auxiliary table to be raised and locked at a specific height, enabling the shaker to rotate into a horizontal position and connect with the horizontal slip table without removing the auxiliary table.
The HCC-1 Auto-Centering Device keeps the shaker table precisely aligned at its central position.
Static Mode: When idle, non-contact sensors detect the table's position and adjust the armature air spring pressure to keep the table centered, ensuring stability during loading and unloading.
Dynamic Mode: During testing, the device continuously adjusts the armature position to maintain symmetric vibration amplitude around the center, ensuring accuracy and repeatability of results.
The dual-table switching system enables a vertical and horizontal shaker to share the same power amplifier and cooling system. It eliminates manual reconfiguration when switching between modes, reducing operator workload and greatly improving test efficiency.
