Slip Table
The S Series Horizontal Slip Tables are available in three guide types: SV, ST, and STL models.
1. SV Guide Slip Table: Utilizes a marble oil film layer, offering moderate load capacity and anti-overturning torque. Features a simple structure, lightweight table mass, and a built-in low-pressure oil source.
2. ST Guide Slip Table: Uses mid-pressure wear-resistant lubricating oil through the guide rail, providing high load capacity and strong anti-overturning torque. Requires an external mid-pressure oil source.
3. STL Guide Slip Table: Designed for larger displacement within the same footprint, it employs high-pressure wear-resistant lubricating oil through the guide rail to achieve high load capacity and anti-overturning torque. Requires high machining and installation precision along with an external high-pressure oil source.
To accommodate varying specimen sizes, weights, and testing conditions while improving equipment utilization, SuShi offers switchable and auxiliary slip table solutions. For small, lightweight specimens requiring high acceleration, a small or primary horizontal slip table is used. For large, heavy specimens requiring lower acceleration, a larger slip table or a main–auxiliary combination is selected.
During installation, locating pins ensure precise alignment with the base, enabling quick table changes without adjustments. Connecting the armature is all that's required to begin testing.
