Temperature Testing
The laboratory is equipped with temperature and humidity test chambers ranging from 0.6m³ to 780m³. Their refrigeration and heating systems can precisely regulate the temperature, typically from -100°C to +250°C, with some specialized high-temperature equipment reaching 1,350°C. The temperature change rate is freely adjustable. We also have basket-type thermal shock chambers with a temperature transition time of ≤1 min. The laboratory can conduct high-temperature storage/operation, low-temperature storage/operation, thermal shock, and temperature cycling tests.
Conventional Temperature/Humidity Test Chambers:
Temperature Range: -100°C to +250°C;
Temperature Change Rate: Fastest at 60°C/min;
Volume: 0.6m³ to 200m³.
Vehicle-class Temperature/Humidity Test Chambers:
Temperature Range: -60°C to +90°C;
Temperature Change Rate: ≤0.5°C/min;
Volume: 440m³, 486m³, 500m³, 780m³.
