IP Enclosure Protection Testing
The laboratory is equipped with dust-proof test equipment that can control sand and dust concentration and airflow speed to simulate various intensities of sand and dust environments for testing the dust-proof capability of product enclosures. We also have water-proof test equipment, including dripping test devices, immersion test tanks, and water spray test equipment. Additionally, we have solid foreign object protection test equipment, such as steel balls, test probes, and test fingers, to simulate impacts and insertions by solid foreign objects on product enclosures to test their resistance. Our dust-proof testing capabilities cover IP1X to IP6X, and water-proof testing capabilities cover IPX1 to IPX7.

Dripping Equipment:
Water Flow Rate: 1.5-5 mm/min, equipped with a turntable and angle-fixing fixtures;
