Operating Life Test Verification
Operating life test: Through accelerated life testing, thermal stress and electrical stress are applied during the test to accelerate the aging process of the product, so as to evaluate its long-term service life and performance within an effective (shorter) period of time.
Products are classified into low-power, medium-power, high-power and other types. Special life test equipment is used to heat the chips through equipment, fixtures (sockets) or special devices. The equipment driver board provides signal excitation and power supply to the burn-in board (BIB) and fixtures, enabling the products to enter the working state. Under the interaction of accelerating factors such as voltage, temperature and time, the effect of product aging is achieved, and the Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) and Failure In Time (FIT) of the products are estimated from the test results.
Electrical and electronic products, automotive products, packaging and transportation items, rail transit products, aerospace equipment, nuclear equipment, marine equipment, etc.
HTOL, LTOL, IOL, PTC, THB, HAST, PC (PCsec, PCmin).
